The  PX3532  2-phase  Digital  Power  Controller  providesintelligent  power  for  today’s  point-of-load  power  regulationapplications  by  driving  one  or  two  synchronous-rectifiedbuck-converter  channels  in  parallel.  Interleaved  timing  of  thechannels  results  in  a  higher  switching  frequency,  reducinginput  and  output  ripple.  With  up  to  two  phases,  eachcapable  of  up  to  2MHz  operation,  the  PX3532  can  be  usedto  build  DC-DC  converters  that  provide  up  to  60A  withexcellent  efficiency,  low  ripple,  and  low  component  count.The  PX3532  utilizes  digital  technology  to  implement  allcontrol  functions,  providing  the  ultimate  in  flexibility  andstability.  The  PX3532  incorporates  an  industry  standard  I2Cserial  interface  for  control  and  monitoring.  Through  the  serialinterface,  the  power  supply  designer  can  quickly  optimizedesigns  and  monitor  system  performance.  The  interfaceallows  the  PX3532  to  provide  digitized  information  for  realtime  system  monitoring  and  control.The  PX3532  provides  superior  accuracy  through  internalcalibration  that  measures  and  corrects  current  sense  errorsources  upon  startup.  The  PX3532  has  programmablecurrent  sense  temperature  compensation  that  allows  thedesigner  to  tailor  the  response  for  best  accuracy  overtemperature.  Superior  accuracy  reduces  component  countand  solution  cost.
