The AD590 is a two-terminal integrated circuit temperaturetransducer that produces an output proportional toabsolute temperature. For supply voltages between +4 Vand +30 V the device acts as a high impedance, constantcurrent source supplying 1 mA/K. Laser trimming of thechip’s thin-film resistors is used to calibrate the deviceto an output of 298.2 mA at 298.2K (+25°C).
