通孔井式加热炉模糊控制研究

本文将介绍通孔井式加热炉的结构和自身特点，并根据这些特点提出把双模糊控制器应用于这种特殊结构加热炉的温度控制。研究及工程实践结果表明，这种基于模型参考输入的双模糊控制器对通孔井式炉的温度控制能够取得满意的动态和稳态性能。关键词：通孔井式炉；双模糊控制器；模型参考The  Research  of  Fuzzy  Control  On  Through  Hole  and  Vertical  Pit  Heating  Furnace(Liu  Huikang,  Yang  Bin)  (College  of  information  science  and  engineering,  Wuhan  university  of  science  and  technology,  430081,Wuhan,  Hubei,  China)  Abstract  A  through  hole  and  vertical  pit  furnace’s  structure  and  characteristics  are  introduced  in  the  paper.  According  to  the  characteristics,  a  double  fuzzy  controller  is  put  forward  and  applied  to  temperature  control  of  the  heating  furnace  with  special  structure.  Result  of  research  and  project  in  practice  shows  that  the  double  fuzzy  controller  based  on  input  of  model  reference  applied  to  the  through  hole  and  vertical  pit  furnace  can  gain  better  dynamic  and  steady  state  performances.Key  words:  a  through  hole  and  vertical  pit  furnace；a  double  fuzzy  controller；model  reference
