磁致伸缩多参数传感器与计算机控制

介绍了研制振弦式液位、密度、温度多参数传感器及在计算机控制下的油罐计量监测系统。采用的方法是运用阿基米德浮力基本定律与磁致伸缩位移技术相结合。结果实现了液位和密度一体化测量,解决了各种液体、各种容器的质量计量的难题。测量位移误差≤±0.  5mm,密度测量精度为0.  05  %  ,符合国家标准,产品已实用化。关键词:传感器;磁致伸缩位移技术;液位和密度一体化测量;油罐计量监测系统Abstract  :The  development  of  multi2parameter  sensor  of  oscillate  string  type  liquid  level  ,density  ,temperature  and  oil  tank  measurement  and  monitor  system  at  computer  control  are  introduced.  The  method  combined  the  Archimedean  prin2  ciple  of  buoyancy  with  flex  displacement  technology  caused  by  magnetism  is  adopted.Keywords  :  sensor  ;  flex  displacement  technology  caused  by  magnetism;  integral  measure  for  liquid  place  and  density  ;  inspecting  system  for  oilcan  measure
