The AAT4292 SmartSwitchTM is a member of AnalogicTech’sApplication Specific Power MOSFETTM (ASPMTM) productfamily. The AAT4292 has seven P-channel MOSFETsconfigured for use as a high side microprocessor GPIOexpander powered from a common supply source.Operating over a 1.8V to 5.5V range, the AAT4292 isideal for portable Li-Ion/Polymer powered products. Thestate of each output channel is controlled with a singleGPIO line via the EN/SET pin using AnalogicTech’s SimpleSerial Control™ (AS2Cwire™) interface.
