强度型光纤传感器补偿技术的研究综述

介绍了强度型光纤传感器中常见的十几种补偿技术的原理及应用现状,比较了它们的优缺点,并展望了补偿技术的发展趋势。关键词:  光纤传感器;强度调制;补偿技术Abstract  :  The  main  factors  affecting  the  measuring  accuracy  and  stability  of  intensity  modulated  fiber  optic  sensor  are  put  forward.  In  order  to  improve  the  performance  of  this  kind  sensor  ,compensation  technique  should  be  adopted  to  eliminate  the  influence  induced  by  the  external  disturbance.  More  than  ten  kinds  of  compensation  methods  are  described  and  compared  in  detail.Key  words  :  intensity  modulation  ;fiber  optic  sensor  ;intensity  compensation
