FET放大电路中频段的化归分析方法

本文通过对BJT和FET工作原理和结构的分析及类比，将BJT构成的放大电路的分析方法通过一定的变换直接用于FET构成的放大电路的分析。这样将BJT放大电路和FET放大电路的分析方法统一起来，实现仅仅使用BJT放大电路的一套分析方法完成两种放大电路的分析和计算，可以简化FET放大电路的计算。关键词：BJT；FET{放大电路；化归分析方法Abstract：Through  the  analysis  and  comparison  of  the  operation  principle  and  structure  of  BJT  and  FET，the  paper  introduces  that  the  way  of  analyzing  the  amplifying  circuit  composed  of  BJT  can  be  applied  in  the  analysis  of  the  circuit  composed  of  FET  by  means  of  some  changes．Then  the  method  of  analyzing  BJT  amplify  circuit  and  FET  amplify  circuit  can  be  united  as  one．And  the  analysis  of  the  two  kinds  of  amplify  circuit  can  be  realized  by  the  method  of  BJT  analysis  only：Based  on  this  method，the  caculation  of  FET  amplify  circuit  is  simplified．Keywords：BJT；FET；amplify  circuit；analysis  method
