可靠性理论及技术在客车工程中的应用浅析

在客车所有性能中,  可靠性是最基本的。只有可靠性得到了保证,  安全性、快速性、舒适性、经济性及其它性能才能得到充分地发挥与体现。综观我国客车产品,  与国外的最大差距恰恰就在可靠性。本文试图通过对可靠性理论及技术、国内外的应用状况及差距的简要介绍来唤起国人的重视,  起到抛砖引玉的作用;  同时根据我国客车制造的特点与现状,  重点论述了我国开展客车骨架可靠性研究的重要性及迫切性。关键词:  客车　骨架　设计　可靠性　寿命Abstract:  In  coach′s  w  ho  le  perfo  rmance,  reliability  is  the  mo  st  fundamantal.  O  nly  if  the  reliability  is  ensured,  its  safety,  speed,  comfo  rtability,  economy  and  o  thers  can  be  fully  p  resented  and  elabo  rated.  The  biggest  gap  is  just  the  relialibity  betw  een  home  and  abroad.  Th  is  paper  emphasises  on  the  impo  rtance  and  necessity  to  research  the  reliability  of  the  coach′s  body2frames.Key  words:  Coach,  F  rame,  Design,  Reliability,  L  ife
