ADC12130/ADC12132/ADC12138,pdf datasheet (Self-Calibrating 12-Bit Plus Sign Serial I/O A/D Converter

The  ADC12130,  ADC12132  and  ADC12138  are  12-bit  plussign  successive  approximation  Analog-to-Digital  converterswith  serial  I/O  and  configurable  input  multiplexer.  TheADC12132  and  ADC12138  have  a  2  and  an  8  channel  multiplexer,respectively.  The  differential  multiplexer  outputs  andADC  inputs  are  available  on  the  MUXOUT1,  MUXOUT2,A/DIN1  and  A/DIN2  pins.  The  ADC12130  has  a  two  channelmultiplexer  with  the  multiplexer  outputs  and  ADC  inputs  internallyconnected.  The  ADC12130  family  is  tested  and  specifiedwith  a  5  MHz  clock.  On  request,  these  ADCs  go  througha  self  calibration  process  that  adjusts  linearity,  zero  and  fullscaleerrors  to  typically  less  than  ±1  LSB  each.
