在传统评价方法的基础上，构建了反映企业核心竞争力的指标体系。用梯形模糊数作为语气表达方式，结合企业实际，提出核心竞争力的模糊多属性评价方法，并建立了数学模型。通过实例分析，表明该模型具有可操作性、通用性和科学性。关 键 词 核心竞争力; 模糊多属性; 梯形模糊数; 评价Abstract The paper constructs index system of enterprise core competence and applies fuzzy numbers as expression mode, combining with enterprises’ practice, and put forward a fuzzy multi-attribute method of evaluating core competence on the basis of traditional evaluating ways.
