随着证券业务的发展，证券行业对信息管理系统的要求也从分散的、小型的独立应用系统转变为企业级的综合信息系统。如何将独立的总部级的各种应用系统，如：数据仓库、营业部管理系统、财务系统、风险管理系统等整合成为统一的综合信息平台，并为证券公司提供综合全面的决策支持，已成为证券公司迫切需要解决的难题。本文引用人工智能中的Agent 技术，提出了一种基于Agent 的证券公司管理信息平台，并详细描述了其结构框架和相应的工作流程。关键词：证券管理信息系统；信息平台；Agent。Abstract: Securities industry call for integrative information system with securities operationdevelopment. How to integrativing all application system for securities industry decision-making, such as data warehouse, department management system, finance system, risk management system, become a puzzle that need be resolved. Agent based securities management information frame is put forward base on Agent technology in this paper.
