石英晶体温度传感器的应用

介绍了石英晶体温度传感器的主要性能指标。分析了石英温度传感器非线性、频率不确定度、过热效应等因素对温度测量的影响。成功地研制了采用Y+  5°切的石英晶体温度传感器的温度计,其温度分辨力达到10  -  4  ℃。关键词:  石英晶体温度传感器;  温度计;  分辨力Abstract  :  The  characters  of  quartz  crystal  temperature  sensor  have  been  introduced.  The  influence  on  tempera2  ture  measurement  of  the  non2linearity  ,the  fractional  frequency  uncertainty  and  the  overheating  effect  of  quartz  temperature  sensor  have  been  analyzed.  A  quartz  thermometer  was  successfully  developed  using  a  quartz  tempera2  ture  sensor  with  Y+  5°2  cut  .  Its  temperature  resolution  reached  as  high  as  10  -  4  ℃.Key  words  :  quartz  crystal  temperature  sensor  ;  thermometer  ;  resolution
