基于MODBUS RTU的变频调速控制系统设计

本文介绍了Modbus  RTU  通信协议在变频调速系统中的应用，采用基于RS485  接口的Modbus  RTU  通信协议，实现PLC和各变频器之间的串行通讯，通过变频器对交流电进行变频调速。结果表明，该方法极大地减少线路连接的复杂性，提高了系统的抗干扰能力。关键词:  Modbus  RTU  协议；RS-485；变频调速；Abstract:This  paper  introduces  the  application  of  Modbus  RTU  Protocol  in  variable  frequency  speed  regulation  system.The  serial  communication  between  PLC  and  frequency-converters  is  realized  based  on  the  Modbus  RTU  protocol  of  the  RS485  interface  and  makes  variable-frequency  speed  regulation  control  for  AC  motor.The  experiment  results  showed  that  this  control  mothod  greatly  reduced  the  complexity  of  the  circuit  conjunction  and  improved  the  performance  of  disturbance  rejection  of  the  system.Key  words：Modbus  RTU  Protocol；RS-485；variable  frequency  adjusting  speed；
