基于ADμC812的专用超声波液位传感器

针对易燃、易爆化学物质储罐内液位及相关量难检测的问题,基于ADμC812  芯片设计了一套用于远距离、大量程、非接触检测的超声波液位传感器。该传感器具有自增益、可编程和扩展性能好等优点,可以检测所有沸点高于储存温度的介质液位,对其它同类传感器的远距离检测及智能化实现有良好的参考价值。关键词:  液位传感器;  超声波;  远距离测量;  大量程Abstract  :  According  to  difficult  measurement  of  combustible  explosive  chemic2substance  liquid2level  and  correla2  tive  quantity  ,a  set  of  ultrasonic  liquid2level  sensor  based  on  ADμC812  chip  for  far2distance  ,large2range  and  non2  contact  liquid2level  measuring  is  designed.  The  sensor  has  the  advantage  of   elf2plus  ,programmable  ,fine  expansi2bility  ,which  can  measure  the  liquid2level  of  all  mediums  whose  boiling  point  is  higher  than  deposited  tempera2  ture.  It  has  well  referenced  value  on  the  intelligentized  realization  and  far2distance  measuring  of  other  analogous  sensor.Key  words  :  liquid2level  sensor  ;  ultrasonic  ;  far2distance  measuring  ;  large2range
