TheMicron® MT28F160C3 shares the same ballout and isfunctionally similar to the Intel® GT28F160C3. However,there are some advantages to using Micron’sdevice:• A more flexible soft protection scheme to lock asingle block or all blocks at the same time.• A standby current of less than 10μA.
