远程实时运动目标识别技术的研究

根据远程实时性、识别精度等要求，通过分析，比较每一个子过程中所采用图像处理技术的优劣，吸取其中较优的方法加以改进、融合，提出一套合理的、高性能的、可靠的运动目标检测和识别算法和识别策略。【关键字】图像预处理；实时性；图像分割；运动目标检测；目标识别The  Technology  of  Remote  Real-time  Motion  Targets  RecognitionZuo  Ya  ，Dong  Xiaoguo  （Beijing  University  of  Chemical  Technology，Beijing  100029）【Abstract】According  to  the  request  of  remote  real-time  system  and  recognition  precision,through  the  analysis  for  its  process  ,  many  image  processing  techniques  are  compared  and  their  characteristics  are  discussed.  The  thesis  summarizes  several  modification  methods  of  image  processing  techniques.  A  reasonable,  high-powered,  reliable  approach  to  detect  motion  targets  and  recognize  target  is  suggested  in  this  paper.【Key  words】image  preprocessing，Real-time  system，image  division，motion  targets  detection，target  recognition
