The AAT2820 is a member of AnalogicTech's TotalPower Management IC™ (TPMIC™) product family.It is a triple output charge pump targeted foractive matrix thin-film transistor (TFT), liquid crystaldisplays (LCDs), and CCD camera bias for systemsoperating with lithium-ion/polymer batteries.The device generates three regulated output voltagesfor turn-on gate drive bias (VPOS), turn-offgate voltage bias (VNEG), and logic voltage.
