输出信号基于规范化多项式拟合的智能压力传感器

                      利用多项式拟合的规范化方法来融合温度信息，实现了压力传感器的非线性修正和温漂补偿，得到了压力解析表达式；同时利用单片机进行采集和处理信息，实现了压力传感器的智能化。关键词多项式拟合压力传感器规范化智能化Abstract  By  using  specified  method  of  polynomial  fitting  to  merge  temperature  information，the  non-linear  correction  and  temperature  drift  compensation  are  implemented  for  pressure  transducer，and  the  analytic  expression  of  pressure  is  obtained.  In  addition，the  intelligent  pressure  transducer  is  implemented  through  single  chip  computer  for  data  collection  and  signal  processing.Keywords  Polynomial  fitting  Pressure  transducer  Specificity  Intellectualization压力传感器虽然具有体积小、灵敏度高、动态响应快、使用方便等优点，但是由于它是半导体材料制成的，所以受很多因素（如热零点及热灵敏度漂移、机械滞后等）影响，其输出值不仅仅是输入压力的函数，而且是周围环境温度的函数，再加上压力传感器本身的非线性，精确度不高，很难满足精密压力测量的要求。
