                      This  document  contains  detailed  information  on  power  considerations,  DC/AC  electrical  characteristics,  and  AC  timing  speciÞcations  for  the  PowerQUICC  IIª  MPC8260  communications  processor.  Changes  since  the  last  update  (rev  0)  are  marked  by  change  bars  in  the  left  margin.The  MPC8260  electrical  speciÞcations  are  preliminary  and  many  specs  are  from  design  simulations.  These  speciÞcations  may  not  be  fully  tested  or  guaranteed  at  this  early  stage  of  the  product  life  cycle.  Finalized  speciÞcations  will  be  published  after  thorough  characterization  and  device  qualiÞcations  have  beencompleted.
