工业锅炉的主要动态特性包括非线性、非最小相位特征、不稳定性、时滞和负荷干扰,采用传统控制方法难以实施有效控制。本文在研究燃煤锅炉控制特点的基础上提出了一种锅炉燃烧自适应模糊-PI 串级控制系统及在Visual C++6.0 中设计自适应模糊控制器的方法并将其加入组态环境MCGS。该虚拟智能设备在实际工程中投入应用,结果表明该控制系统比传统的PI 串级控制系统具有更好的品质,控制效果较好。关键词:锅炉汽压,自适应模糊控制器,组态软件MCGS,动态链接库,VC++6.0ABSTRACT: The major dynamics of a boiler include non-linearity, non-minimum phase behavior, instability, delay and load disturbance. The traditional control strategy could not offer satisfactory result. Based on the study on these characteristics of coal-burning drum boiler, the paper presents a kind of series control system of self-established fuzzy coupledwith PI controller for the steam pressure .In additional, the paper introduces the design method for the fuzzy-established controller in the IDE(integrated design environment) of Visual C++6.0 ,integrated into MCGS. The application of the intelligent virtualdevice to the project proves that the control system offers better control quality than conventional PID series control system .Keywords : boiler steam pressure, self-established fuzzy controller, configuration software MCGS , dynamic link library, Visual C++6.0
