纳米Ce—Zr—O粉末低温固相合成及其表征 采用低温固相法通过对各种影响产物性能的实验条件考察后,优化了纳米Ce—Zr—O粉末的制备工艺,即采用氯化氧锆、碳酸铈、氢氧化钠为原料和水杨酸为络合剂进行研磨,所得的前驱物在室温下干燥和600℃煅烧后,可得到纳米Ce—Zr—O粉末。利用XRD、TG—DTA、拉曼光谱仪等仪器分别对样品的粒度、物相、热稳定性及拉曼特征峰 进行了表征。 The process for Nano—meter Ce —Zr—O Powder preparation was optimized as follc~vs upon investigation of the experimental conditions affecting the product pmp6rties thm~h low temperature solid— phase reaction:grinding with ZrOC12(。),Ce2(o33)3(。),NaOV~s)as raw materials and salicylic acid as cm-~plexing agent tO obtain precursor,which is dried under lX3On\'l temperature and calcined at 600℃ tO obtain Nano—meter Ce —Zr—O Powder.The sample powder characterization is tested byⅪ ,TG—UrA,and Raman spec~ ter in respect of its particle size,physical phase,themaal stability and Raman feature.
