PLM中产品数据的建模及其过程状态的管理

采用面向对象的思想，论述了  PLM  中基于零部件的产品数据的组织形式，包括产品模型、定型产品。在此基础上，提出了基于时间点衡量产品数据过程状态的方法，结合工程变更来管理过程状态的改变，为企业实现产品数据的全生命周期管理以利于信息的集成提供了新的思路。关键词：产品生命周期  建模  过程状态工程变更Abstract:  An  organization  model  of  the  product  data  based  on  the  part  in  product  lifecyclemanagement  with  the  Object-Oriented  method,including  product  model  and  case-hardenedproduct  was  discussed.Based  on  what  was  mentioned  above  scaling  the  process-status  of  product  data  with  time  and  the  management  about  process-status  changing  of  product  data  with  engineering  change  were  put  forward,Which  provided  a  new  idea  for  the  enterprise  to  realize  the  product  data  management  in  all  lifecycle  and  to  facilitate  information  integration.Key  words:  product  lifecycle;modeling;process  status;engineering  change
