本文在分析带式输送机的工作过程的基础上,对机械电子式软起动装置的控制系统进行了研究,对控制系统进行了硬件与软件设计。使用可编程控制器对变频器的输出频率进行控制,实现对调速电机转速的控制。调速电机与主电机的转速经差动行星轮系的速度合成,可使传动系统在很大范围内无级调速,实现对负载的可控起动。关键词:机械电子, 可编程控制器, 带式输送机Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the working process of belt conveyor, the controlsystem of the mechatronics soft start equipment is studied,the hardware and softwareare designed for control system. The programme logic controller is utilized tocontrol the inverter's output frequency which accomplishes controlling thevelocity of speed-controlling asynchronous moter .The velocity between mainasynchronous moter and speed-controlling asynchronous moter is composed by way ofthe differential planetary gear train,the tranmission system is made to regulatevelocity stepless in large scope which succeed in controlling starting progress ofload.Key words: Mechanical electron,PLC, Belt conveyer
