The  MAX11329–MAX11332  are  12-/10-bit  with  externalreference  and  500kHz,  full-linear-bandwidth,  high-speed,low-power,  serial-output  successive  approximation  register(SAR)  analog-to-digital  converters  (ADCs).  TheMAX11329–MAX11332  provide  external  access  to  theoutput  of  the  integrated  mux  and  ADC  input,  to  simplify  thesignal  conditional  circuitry.  The  MAX11329MAX11332include  both  internal  and  external  clock  modes.  Thesedevices  feature  scan  mode  in  both  internal  and  externalclock  modes.  The  internal  clock  mode  features  internalaveraging  to  increase  SNR.  The  external  clock  mode  featuresthe  SampleSetK  technology,  a  user-programmableanalog  input  channel  sequencer.  The  SampleSet  approachprovides  greater  sequencing  flexibility  for  multichannelapplications  while  alleviating  significant  microcontroller  orDSP  (controlling  unit)  communication  overhead.
