The  OPA622  is  a  monolithic  amplifier  componentdesigned  for  precision  wide-bandwidth  systemsincluding  high-resolution  video,  RF  and  IF  circuitry,and  communications  equipment.  It  includes  a  monolithicintegrated  current-feedback  operationalamplifier  block  and  a  voltage  buffer  block,  which,when  combined,  form  a  voltage-feedback  operationalamplifier.When  combined  as  a  current-feedback  amplifier,  itprovides  a  280MHz  large-signal  bandwidth  at  ±2.5Voutput  level  and  a  1700V/ms  slew  rate.  The  outputbuffer  stage  can  deliver  ±70mA  output  current.  Thehigh  output  current  capability  allows  the  OPA622  todrive  two  50W  or  75W  lines  with  ±3V  output  swing,making  it  ideal  along  with  the  low  differentialgain/phase  errors  for  RF,  IF,  and  video  applications.
