建立适用于油管损伤检测的磁性传感器信息融合模型,并将信息融合模型分为四级。在此基础上,提出了磁性传感器信息融合方法,分别完成局部损伤及其严重程度的分类、壁厚损伤的定性判别和壁厚损伤检测数据的融合估计。结果表明,基于磁性传感器信息融合的油管损伤在线检测系统有效地提高了多源信息的利用程度,具有较高的准确性、可靠性和稳健性。关键词:输油管道;损伤;磁性传感器;信号处理Abstract : The magnetic sensor data fusion model suitable for the detection of pipeline damage was established and classified into four levels. On the basis of the model and classification , the relevant magnetic sensor data fusion methods were discussed in detail , which were used to accomplish the classification of localized faults and their severity , the qualita2 tive decisions of wall loss and the fusion of the wall loss detection data from sensors respectively. Several examples were provided and the results showed that the magnetic sensor data fusion2based on2line inspection system for the faults in oil pipelines made full use of information and had high accuracy , reliability and robustness.Keywords :Oil pipeline ; Fault ; Magnetic sensor ; Signal processing
