为了解决在EDA软件中无法仿真触发管的问题,基于Spice语法提出了一个冷阴极充气触发管宏模型。基于气体放电的米克公式,模型对触发管的自击穿特性进行了描述,在PSpice软件中用一个表格宏模型和电压控制模块来反映触发管的触发特性和正向导通过程,并且把影响触发管自击穿特性的非电物理因素诸如管内气压、主电极距离和管内气体电离参数转化为电压后引入模型。经过相关的测试电路验证后表明:该模型能反映触发管的基本特性,可以达到触发管的精度要求,能够初步满足相关电路的分析与研究工作。Abstract: In order to solve the problems of simulating the trigatron in the EDA, a practical macro model of cold cathode trigatron is developed based on Spice syntax. In the model, the properties of self breakdown is depicted according to the Mick formula of the gas discharge theories , and the triggering and forward conducting process of this device are described by a table macro model and a voltage controlled part in the PSpice. Also, some factors, such as atmospheric pressure of the gap, the distance between primary electrodes and the ionization coefficient of the gas, which are not the electrical variables but affect the self breakdown property greatly, are analyzed, and then introduced into the macro model by changing them into electrical parameters. Experiment results of simulation tests indicate that the model performs well, and can be used for the corresponding circuit analysis and research work.
