本文通过分析印染机温度系统的特点,首先实现两通道之间的解耦,同时针对印染机温度系统的纯滞后及参数大范围缓变的情况,采用自适应内模控制方法,通过在线辨识系统参数,并相应修改解耦参数,克服了模型辨识精度与辨识计算量的矛盾,提高了系统的鲁棒性,对不等延时的耦合系统提供了一种控制方法。【关键词】 印染机 自适应内模控制 分布式系统 On the analysis of the characteristics of dye jigger and by means ofthe decoupling the two channel temperature, an adaptive IMC method is proposed in this paper. Due to the system parameter varying in large scale, the control parameter is adjusted according to the online RLS parameter estimation. And it is finished in remote computer and the communication between master PC and filed controller is via CAN bus.
