从叉指表面基本电荷分布函数出发，分析了共线声光器件中叉指换能器的频率响应，得到了其特性曲线，并与用δ函数模型分析得到的曲线进行了比较，为叉指换能器的分析提供了一条可行的途径。关 键 词 声表面波; 叉指换能器; 基本电荷分布函数Abstract The analysis of interdigital transducer is important in surface acoustic wave. We usually used δ function model before.
